As we have noted previously, we are extremely grateful for the conversation that Mr. Kennedy brings to the table for the first time in a presidential election. Our children’s health and well-being should take priority over programs, profits, and politics. We are thankful he continues to challenge the system and brings taboo conversations about vaccine safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) to the forefront.
Last week, the FDA and CDC met to grant Emergency Use to yet another round of covid vaccines for infants and children ages 6 months -11 years. Supposedly, FDA-approval was granted for all other age groups BUT covid-19 is still a covered countermeasure under the PREP Act, meaning you still cannot sue for injuries or deaths related to this vaccine. Instead, a claim must be filed through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. I wanted to ask an emergency medicine physician if he is still seeing emergency levels of activity in the four ERs he works in, so I contacted my friend, Dr. Joseph Fraiman, to get his thoughts on the latest EUA for covid vaccines for children.
Dr. Fraiman added some interesting insights on the ethical issue of schools NOT providing exemption information to parents. Let us know if you agree with him in the comments.
