Send a message to members of the Health and Welfare Committee TODAY and ask for the passage of this important bill. If you are able to testify in support of HB291, please attend the committee hearing on Thursday morning, April 20th, House Health and Welfare Room 5 at 9:00 am. When you arrive, fill out a green card in support, and remember that public testimony is usually limited to three minutes.
