Louisiana Physician/Scientist Adds Name to Growing List Calling for Shots to be Withdrawn
What will it take?
On Monday, January 9th, Louisiana physician and clinical scientist, Dr. Joseph Fraiman, released a video calling for the mRNA covid shots to be withdrawn from the market - and unsurprisingly, we wholeheartedly agree.
For those asking for references to my statement regarding withdrawing the mRNA vaccines, I listed them in the description of the video here.
Dr. Fraiman has been a vocal critic of mRNA vaccines for a while, having given his public comment during the 9/12/21 FDA VRBPAC meeting for EUA approval of a third booster dose of mRNA vaccine; appearing on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ round table event on 3/8/22 when Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo announced his intention NOT to recommend covid vaccines to healthy children; and was recently appointed to Florida’s newly created Public Health Integrity Committee.
As a Florida Public Health Integrity Committee member I plan to propose we examine if FDA was evidence-based recommending 330 million American humans take a novel medical intervention (Omicron booster) never tested in humans. And investigate what happened to those 8 mice.
Dr. Fraiman is the lead author on a 2022 study that analyzed Pfizer and Moderna’s original study data and found a disturbing 1 in 800 risk of serious adverse events.
We think it is important that our Louisiana legislature is aware of the concerns raised by Dr. Fraiman and so many others in the medical and scientific community. We sent the following letter to the members of both the House and Senate Health and Welfare Committees:
Louisiana physician and clinical scientist, Dr. Joseph Fraiman, adds his name to a growing list of medical professionals calling for mRNA covid vaccines to be withdrawn from the market. He shared this statement in a video on January 9, 2023:
Hello, my name is Dr. Joseph Fraiman. I'm an emergency physician based in Louisiana. In addition, I am a clinical scientist. I was the lead author of a peer reviewed study that reanalyzed the original Pfizer and Moderna clinical trials for the messenger RNA COVID-19 vaccines. We found the vaccine increased serious adverse events at a rate of one in 800.
At the time of publication, my coauthors and I did not believe our single study warranted the withdrawal of the messenger RNA vaccines from the market. However, since its publication, multiple new pieces of evidence have come to light and this has caused me to reevaluate my position.
An article published in the BMJ regarding the FDA’s own observational surveillance data, found the messenger RNAs were associated with multiple of the exact same serious adverse events identified in our original study. But the FDA [has] failed to inform the public of these findings.
In addition, now we have multiple autopsy studies that find essentially conclusive evidence that the vaccines are inducing sudden cardiac deaths, yet the rate of these vaccine induced deaths remains unknown. While many nations that have been using the messenger RNA vaccines have experienced an increase in excess mortality, more people dying than should be expected from past years. And this correlates in time with the initial vaccine rollout and then with the subsequent booster campaigns.
Nations with higher messenger RNA vaccine uptake have correlations with higher rates of excess mortality. While the cause of this excess mortality is not known, researchers analyzing this data are unable to identify any other reasonable cause of the excess death other than the vaccines. Given now the Omicron variant is less virulent, and is able to evade much of the protection offered by the vaccines, this creates a situation where the benefits of the vaccine have been dramatically reduced for hospitalization and death. Together, this information calls into question if the vaccines’ benefits are outweighing the harm.
I believe, given the information, the messenger RNA vaccines need to be withdrawn from the market until new randomized controlled trials can clearly demonstrate the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the serious harm we now know the vaccines are causing.
We agree with Dr. Fraiman. The mRNA COVID-19 vaccines should be withdrawn from the market.
In addition to the evidence of negligence on the part of the FDA provided by Dr. Fraiman, information revealed via FOIA indicates there are hundreds of vaccine adverse event safety signals being ignored by the CDC in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database. From the Epoch Times article entitled EXCLUSIVE: CDC Finds Hundreds of Safety Signals for Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines :
The results obtained by The Epoch Times show that there are hundreds of adverse events (AEs) that meet the definition [of a signal], including serious conditions such as blood clotting in the lungs, intermenstrual bleeding, a lack of oxygen to the heart, and even death.
One of the identified safety signals in the FOIA’d data is death. A general search of VAERS for Louisiana indicates there are 77 reported deaths following COVID-19 or COVID-19 Bivalent vaccination. While reports to VAERS do not infer causality, VAERS IS a safety signaling system. Has there been any follow-up on the reported deaths by the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH)?
Also concerning, data from a recently published German study indicates that Pfizer mRNA covid vaccines cause “the immune system to misfire, thereby creating an endless feedback loop of viral immune escape, perpetuating the pandemic in the macro, and creating immune suppression for the individuals who received them.”
Further, two troubling studies, indicate that repeated mRNA vaccination increases the likelihood of covid infection. Journalist Alex Berenson summarizes:
People who have received mRNA Covid vaccines are at least twice as likely to be infected with the coronavirus as unvaccinated people, according to two new papers from researchers in Indiana and Ohio.
Worse, the newer of the two studies, which covered Omicron this fall, found risk actually rises with the number of shots.
Last summer, data on the LDH covid dashboard indicated that more vaccinated people than unvaccinated people were dying from covid. LDH completely removed that information from their covid dashboard. We submitted a public records request in November 2022 asking for the number of individuals who died from covid but who were also vaccinated for covid. LDH had no records responsive to our request.
Finally, information being disclosed as a result of the Missouri/Louisiana v Biden lawsuit, initiated by former Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Attorney General Jeff Landry, indicates that the citizens of Louisiana were deprived of informed consent as the federal government actively and intentionally coerced big tech companies to suppressed accurate information regarding COVID-19 vaccines. It is incredibly disturbing to consider that patients were deprived of the vital information needed to perform an accurate risk benefit analysis of the virus and the vaccine.
When the covid vaccines were made available to the public in early 2021, significant gaps in data existed including long term safety and efficacy data. It is time to acknowledge the scientists who are sounding the alarm. The data indicates there is a need to get a bad medical product off the market.
Since we sent this letter yesterday, ANOTHER study has been published indicating the need for immediate withdrawal of the mRNA covid vaccines. From Alex Berenson’s Unreported Truths Substack:
Researchers in Taiwan have added to the increasingly negative picture of the impact the mRNA Covid vaccines have on the hearts of young men.
The researchers conducted electrocardiograms (ECGs), which measure the heart rhythm, on 4,928 high schoolers in Taipei City, the capital of Taiwan, before and after their second Pfizer shot. Over 90 percent of the students were male.
They found 51 students had significant changes in their ECGs after the second Pfizer jab. One of those was diagnosed with myocarditis, and four more had “significant” heart rhythm disturbances. Those included a student with premature ventricular contractions, which can raise the risk of sudden cardiac death.
“The arrhythmia triggering effect by BNT162b2 [Pfizer] vaccine needs further study to elucidate,” the scientists wrote.
What does it take to get a harmful medical product off the market?
It used to take only 3 deaths.
What has changed? In two words: regulatory capture. We need regulators with integrity, no conflicts of interest, and freedom from industry capture. We have seen one state public health department take matters into their own hands: Florida is the example for other states to follow. Again, it takes integrity, no conflicts of interest, and freedom from industry capture. I am afraid it is not likely to happen in Louisiana without the legislature stepping in.
Yes I took 2 of the P vac and I already had primary immune deficiency CVID.
Since those 2 vac I now have had several diagnosed autoimmune diseases. I have been to emergency room for heart and lung problems. It has been an absolute nightmare. My insurance premiums for 3 is $ 1986 a month and deductible for myself is $6,700. I have spent out of pocket almost $17,000. trying alternative medicine and in the past two years worked 4 months due to illness. Obama care in Louisiana will not pick me up due to previous illness. Insurance agents hang up when I tell them of my condition. I also found out if I switch it will not cover IVIG

Did I read that right? A doctor moved from Florida to Louisiana? Can we get him to run for office? We are a mini DC where the Uniparty works against us. How many years is it now that LDH has failed their audit and our legislature just keeps increasing their budget.
Somethings up with the Behavioral Health. We noticed last year that the GP they put in charge made over $600,500 for an annual salary in 2020. Also a CA attorney on Brannon Howse a week or so ago said they are using Behavioral Science to make Covid Camps there and in Louisiana. She has been on his podcast more than once and I have seen those same UN/WEF charts she showed for their governance on Behavioral Science, on the UN's Green scam and perhaps their disarmament program.
