Also in committee on Tuesday, May 21st. . .
Rep Chuck Owen has introduced HR214, a resolution to urge and request Attorney General Liz Murrill "to investigate whether Pfizer, Inc., Moderna, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and associated entities violated any state or federal laws while operating in the state of Louisiana with regard to the promotion, distribution, or sale of COVID-19 vaccines or vaccine boosters."
Every day, more information about the harms associated with covid vaccination is brought to light. To what extent did the vaccine manufacturers know about the harms associated with their products and when did they know about it? These are just a few of the questions we hope to get answered with the passage of HR214.ย
Why is this important?ย
The sole statutory exclusion from the impregnable immunity from liability provided by the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act is willful misconduct. ย Vaccine injured people should be able to sue for the harms associated with these products and uncovering willful misconduct on the part of the manufacturers will help their case significantly.ย
Send a message of support to the House Health and Welfare Committee for HR214 NOW!
Rep Kathy Edmonston has introduced HR222 which will request LDH to investigate and report on several factors affecting children and families with autism, including the prevalence per region of the state, and "the fiscal impact of ASD on the individuals affected by the disease and how it impacts the state's healthcare and education systems."
If the Louisiana Department of Health does a thorough review as requested, the state is about to get a shock.ย

Then on Wednesday, May 22nd, in Senate Health and Welfare. . .

HB976 will be heard in Senate Health and Welfare on Wednesday, May 22nd! Submit a statement of support and ask the committee to vote YES on HB976!
During covid, the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) produced countless advertising and promotional materials for masks and covid vaccines that were not in compliance with FDA requirements. The issue was so concerning that HFL filed a formal complaint with the FDA and detailed the violations in the substack article you can find HERE.
Rep Beth Billings has filed HB815 which would require LDH to follow FDA rules and regulations when promoting or advertising drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Email a statement of support to the committee today and ask them to require truth in advertising from LDH!
