Health Freedom Louisiana CHAMPIONS: Jeff Landry and Liz Murrill
The Louisiana Department of Justice was our ONLY defense under John Bel Edwards' tyrannical covid reign.
Attorney General Jeff Landry and Soliticor General Liz Murrill were the watchmen on the wall during Edwards’ tyrannical covid reign. Working within the confines of the state’s constitution, AG Jeff Landry took every opportunity afforded to him to protect the rights of Louisianans while acting as the state’s attorney. Solicitor General Liz Murrill, whose job is to protect the state from federal overreach, sued the Biden administration time and time again over the last several years to challenge the insane medical mandates.
Unlike other red states with liberty-minded governors, our very blue governor, John Bel Edwards, manhandled the citizens of this state for two years while the Louisiana legislature, the entity vested with the full authority to hold the governor in check, was thwarted by the “leadership” of House Speaker Clay Schexnayder and Senate President Page Cortez. Schexnayder and Cortez, both beholden to democrats for their respective leadership positions, failed to:
1) end JBE’s public health emergency,
2) support legislation to protect Louisianans from government overreach, and
3) failed to “whip up” support to overturn Edwards’ vetoes of the few health freedom bills that did pass.
Remember, to this day, no law has been passed to explicitly prevent or prohibit unethical mandates in Louisiana. Having had a front-row seat to the covid insanity of the last three years, we can tell you with confidence that the only government agency that acted continuously to protect YOU was the Louisiana Department of Justice, with Attorney General Jeff Landry at the helm and Solicitor General Liz Murrill by his side.

In addition, we deeply commend and appreciate Liz Murrill for testifying at a committee hearing about her own experience as a mom of a son injured by a covid vaccine. She testified before the House Health and Welfare committee that the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System is a broken system. Her personal perspective on vaccine injury and the government’s inadequacy in tracking and caring for those affected is crucial in making future reforms.
Undoubtedly, the lawuit filed with the most historic significance is Missouri and Louisiana v Biden or more commonly known as MO v Biden. Solicitor General Liz Murrill approached Fiorella and Jill after a committee hearing and asked us to submit a declaration in support of the lawsuit, which we were happy to provide. Later, Jill was asked to be a plaintiff in the lawsuit along with Drs. Jay Bhattacharya, Aaron Kheriaty, and Martin Kulldorff. Many are under the mistaken belief that the Attorney General is Jill’s attorney, but he is not. Jill is being represented pro-bono by New Civil Liberties Alliance, an incredible non-profit legal defense organization.
Landry and Murrill know that the supression of speech during covid by the federal government has had a catastrophic impact on American lives and society in general. MO v Biden has revealed that at a time when communication was vital, the federal government actively engaged in supressing life-saving information. We also know that government actors, through supression of speech, influenced the outcome of a presidential election. The ramifications of the discovery in this lawsuit should lead to massive change to the Orwellian censorship program endorsed and funded by the U.S. government. And we have Jeff Landry and Liz Murrill to thank for that.
