First stop on the Health Freedom Louisiana billboard tour is New Orleans, home to unbelievable covid tyranny and coronaphobia. Because Mayor Cantrell STILL has a covid vaccine requirement in place for NOLA City Schools for children as young as 5, parents NEED to know they do not have to comply. Parents have the option to determine what is best for their children - the law is on your side! We go into great detail in the article entitled Don’t Be Fooled By Schools about Louisiana’s fantastic school vaccine exemption law - the law that most parents are completely unaware of. We hope our billboard changes that!
We are hopeful that college students in New Orleans see this billboard too. The colleges and universities in New Orleans are amongst the worst offenders by not providing vaccine exemption information to students. Yes, the state’s exemption law is available to public and non-public university students too, including those students in medical or nursing school. A medical student may have to submit a religious exemption for any hospital facilities where clinicals are conducted but only while the federal CMS mandate is in place. Meanwhile, the school will accept a simple “written dissent” as is specified in state law.
Many, if not most, physicians are unaware that under the terms of the Emergency Use Authorization for the covid vaccines, they are MANDATORY reporters of ANY serious adverse event following covid vaccination “irrespective of attribution to vaccination” - meaning they do not get to determine correlation/causation. The EUA terms specify that hospitalization or death attributed to covid following vaccination MUST be reported, as well.
Let’s face it: there are NO LONG TERM SAFETY STUDIES for these drugs - reporting adverse events is the only possible way to develop a safety profile and catch any safety signals. Any claims of SAFETY and EFFECTIVENESS are an absolute lie at this point as study after study indicate significant harm and waning protection. Protection from what? Who knows?!? Unfortunately, many Louisiana citizens are finding out under the most difficult circumstances imaginable that covid vaccines and their manufacturers are immune from liability, meaning you cannot sue them for any injury or death caused by the vaccine. The immunity from liability provided by the PREP Act for covid vaccines will be extended under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) IF/WHEN these drugs are added to the CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule and become “commercialized” once the government funded supply runs out. All vaccines on the CDC childhood schedule, whether administered to a child or an adult, are liability-free.
As I stated in How do you disincentivize pandemics?, “the passage of NCVIA in 1986 helped set the stage for the unbelievable nightmare of the last two years.” As I pointed out in the article, the incentive to aim ONLY for a vaccine as a “cure” for covid was immense. What profit seeking, morally corrupt, pharma CEO could resist this business model:
NCVIA also laid the groundwork in eliminating any incentive for supporting the natural, or unvaccinated, immune system. Drug manufacturers were given a cash cow with no incentive for product safety, a guaranteed consumer base with the introduction of school vaccination requirements, and a deceptive perception of vaccine safety with the elimination of one of the most essential market indicators of product safety - litigation.
The only way to disincentivize pandemics in the future is to make pharma liable again for the harms their drugs may cause. I have already spoken with the Republican members of our congressional delegation to explain a few simple amendments to NCVIA that would ensure consumer protection and product safety by making pharma liable again:
As a matter of informed consent, prior to vaccination, vaccine recipients must be informed of, and acknowledge their understanding of, their legal rights regarding any vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine.
Retribution and discrimination based on an individual’s vaccination status shall be prohibited.
Coercion and Undue Influence to alter an individual's vaccination choice shall be prohibited.
Individuals may bring a civil action against the vaccine manufacturer for vaccine-related injury or death if the Secretary fails to fulfill obligations under 42 U.S.C. §300aa–-27.

I’m finding that most of the over 40’s are totally against digital IDs and vaccine passports. Or whatever they want to call them. And they definitely don’t want digital cash.
It’s the under 30’s that are happy to comply with anything. Show qr on my phone? Ok Pay by phone? Ok.
