Surreal best describes the opportunity to participate in State of Missouri et al vs Joseph R Biden et al. In May of 2022, Fiorella and I were approached by Louisiana Solicitor General Liz Murrill and asked to participate in the censorship lawsuit headed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. Unlike preceding censorship lawsuits, the defendants in this case are not social media companies, but more appropriately the federal government which is coercing big tech companies to censor unapproved conversation - a clear first amendment violation. As I post the majority of content on our social media platforms, I submitted a declaration detailing how censorship has impacted our work at Health Freedom Louisiana and Reopen Louisiana.
I am also represented in a separate lawsuit by Jenin Younes, with New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), along with three other incredible plaintiffs, two of whom are authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, Drs. Jay Bhattacharya and Martin Kulldorff, and former University of California professor of medical ethics, Dr. Aaron Kheriarty. Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit is also included in the lawsuit but with separate counsel.
There are some pretty heavy hitters in this lawsuit - and then there’s little ol’ me.
Last week I traveled to Washington, D.C. to sit in on NCLA’s weekly podcast, hosted by Mark Chenowith and John Vecchione, which coincided with a panel discussion with John, Jenin, and another plaintiff in a similar lawsuit, Mark Changizi.

While I was in DC, I took the opportunity to meet with members of our congressional delegation: Congressmen Graves, Higgins, Johnson, Letlow, Scalise, and Congressman Barry Loudermilk from GA. My meeting with Senator Kennedy’s office was postponed till this week. I’ll share more about the information I shared with them and my request them in my next substack.
